Howden is a Senior Advisor and the Director of Legislative Affairs for Texas Governor Greg Abbott. He has worked for three Texas governors and led two of the major state business associations in Austin, NFIB/Texas and Texas Association of Manufacturers. His work with various business associations and the development of award-winning incentive programs exemplify his commitment to fostering growth and collaboration within Texas.
