October 2023 Commerce Club Luncheon

Join us at the Commerce Club luncheon on Thursday, October 12, 2023, for a congressional update on infrastructure and port investment by Vincent DiCosimo, Vice President of Governmental Affairs, Targa Resources. 

Previously announced speakers Congressman Brian Babin and Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher remain in Washington D.C. to continue working on the long-term spending bill.

Vincent DiCosimo has served as an officer of Targa Resources since the acquisition of his company, Coast Energy Group LLC, in December of 2010. Prior to his current role, Mr. DiCosimo was Senior Vice President of Targa Petroleum Logistics at Targa Resources. He previously served as Founder and CEO of Coast Energy LLC, Co-founder and CEO of PipeStem Energy Group, Vice President of marketing for Enterprise Products Partners, Founder and CEO of RedMeteor LLC and Founder, CEO and EVP of Cornerstone Propane and Coast Energy Group, LP (NYSE).

He currently serves as a director of International Liquids Terminal Association, vice chairman of the Greater Houston Port Bureau, American Oil Pipeline Association Pipeline Leadership Committee, a director of the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association, Texas Oil and Gas board and Targa’s state and federal PACs. He represents Targa on the Greater Houston Partnership, North Dakota Petroleum Council, New Mexico Oil and Gas Association and the Petroleum Alliance. He graduated with honors from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and attended the University of Houston for post graduate studies.
