October 2025 GHPB Commerce Club Luncheon

Hear what the City of Houston and the Navy have planned for Fleet Week, November 5-12, 2025. Fleet Week will bring three U.S. Navy vessels and more than 1,000 Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen to the city for a series of events and experiences Fleet Week Houston is an official part of the U.S.

Fleet Week is a partnership between the Navy/250th birthday celebration and a host city that introduces communities to the Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard while allowing visiting members of the U.S. Armed Forces to experience local culture and history. Fleet Week includes entertainment events, education opportunities, community service activities, and opportunities for local leaders to engage with Navy leadership.

Houston and the Navy share a special maritime connection. Billions of dollars’ worth of trade flow in and out of the Houston Ship Channel every day, and the Navy is responsible for protecting that seaborne trade as it travels across the oceans.
