Chaos to Clarity: Digitizing Pre-Arrival Communications to Unlock Port Efficiency-This panel will explore how digitizing vessel pre-arrival information improves coordination between terminals and vessels. A panel of system users will share real-world benefits, challenges, and lessons learned from transitioning away from traditional pre-arrival forms. The discussion will also include digital solution vendors, giving attendees the opportunity to learn about available tools and engage directly with providers in the pre-arrival system space.
