Join Nancy Parsons for a special Greater Houston Port Bureau networking event for women in the maritime/logistics industry on Wed., October 12 , 4:30-6:30 p.m., at the Houston Marriott South at Hobby Airport. Learn why the glass ceiling continues to be a barrier for most women leaders. Are there real gender differences in leadership traits? What are the real root causes of the glass ceiling? Who owns the problem? What are the solutions?
We encourage our women membership to attend and bring early and mid-career women from their organization as their guests. This is a free event; however, you must register to attend.
