About the Company
Founded in 1963, the Houston International Seafarers' Center was formed to provide a safe haven for seafarers whose vessels make port in Houston. Chaplains and volunteer ship visitors visit vessels daily as they arrive. All seafarers are welcome to enjoy the facilities at Barbours Cut and at the Turning Basin.
